Vendor Application

MAYfest is a two day – three night, family-friendly festival centered around it’s acronym MAY; Music, Art & Yoga. Attendees can spend the entire weekend at the serene lakeside setting, visit for the day, or just come at night for the music. We want to showcase regional vendors who share our passion for wellness, mindfulness, and community. Vending at MAYfest is a great opportunity for your business to engage with a targeted market and have fun at the same time!

APPLICATION DEADLINES
The vendor application deadline is April 30th, 2016. All vendor fees are due in total no later than Wednesday, May 10, 2017.

Each submisison requires a non-refundable $25 application fee that will be deducted from your overall vendor fee if approved and accepted into the festival. Once you hit “SUBMIT” you will be redirected to a Paypal site to pay the $25 fee. You’ll receive an email from our team once both application and payment have been received. Only applications submitted with payment will be considered.

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
MAYfest requires you to purchase and provide valid liability (and for practitioners, malpractice) insurance policy with $1,000,000 minimum coverage naming Catskill Chill Music Festival, Surprise Lake Camp and SkyBaby Studio as additional insured. Failure to provide a valid certificate of insurance by May 1st will result in the release of your booth.

Vendors are expected to remain open for all hours of operation during festival hours;  beginning at 1:00 PM Friday May 27th and running through 11pm Sunday May 29th. MAYfest attendees are allowed to stay until Monday, May 30th until noon, so morning vending hours are encouraged as well.
